Mailing Guide
BELOW IS A GUIDE FOR THE SMOOTH PROCESS OF YOUR MAILING CAMPAIGN
1. PLAN YOUR CAMPAIGN
- Do you have a database or does this need to be sourced
- What are your printing specifications & do you have artwork
- Decide on the quantity, size & number of inserts
- Postage requirements
- Set a despatch date, allowing enough time to complete all elements, prior to mailing production
2. GET A QUOTE
Contact us with your exact requirements:
- Quantity
- Size (
Guide to Paper & Envelope sizes )
- Number of Inserts
- What type of personalisation
- What will you will be supplying
- What do you need us to supply
- Type of postage – Do you have your own account
- Destination – UK, Overseas or both
3. PLACE YOUR ORDER & BOOK IN YOUR CAMPAIGN
- If you have your own Royal Mail account, you will need to allow us access to download a docket on your behalf
- If you are using Spectrum Printing & Mailing Services account, then you will receive a postage invoice
- This invoice must be paid prior to the despatch of your mailing
- Let us know when we can expect to receive all elements being supplied, including the address data
4. PRODUCTION
- If you are sending a personalised letter, we will send you a proof
- You will need to check the proof thoroughly and let us know, by email, if you are happy to proceed
- Your mailing will then be put into production and carried out to your requirements
5. DESPATCH
- As soon as your campaign is complete, we will despatch as required
- We will contact you to confirm that your mailing has been completed & despatched
6. INVOICE
- On completion and despatch, you will receive a job invoice
- Spectrum Printing & Mailing Services payment terms are 30 days from invoice date
